How Do You Turn a Lead Into a Sale?
We are committed to actively following up with every lead. Our team will attempt to contact each lead up to 7 times to start a conversation. Once we receive a response, we work closely with the prospect to understand their needs and find the most suitable property.
If communication stops at any stage, we will again try up to 7 follow-ups to reconnect. We only stop outreach after 7 unsuccessful attempts or if the prospect clearly informs us that they are not interested in proceeding.
When a client decides to purchase, we guide them through the entire buying process from start to finish. Once we receive our commission from the developer, we promptly pay you your agreed share.
How much can I make per sale?
On average, a property sale is around AED 1.2 million (USD 327,000 approx.). In Dubai, the typical sales commission ranges between 1% and 3.5%, which equals approximately AED 12,000 to AED 42,000 (USD 3,270 – 11,440) per transaction.
As our partner, you receive a flat 30% share of the commission. This means you could earn an average of USD 981 – 3,433 per successful sale.
Please note that these figures are for illustration purposes only. Your final commission will depend on the type and value of the property sold — meaning your earnings could be lower or significantly higher.
How Long Does It Take to Receive Your Commission?
We pay your commission immediately after we receive it from the developer.
In most cases, this takes approximately 1–2 months after the buyer’s down payment has been completed. However, timelines may vary depending on the developer’s payment process, and it can occasionally be faster or slightly delayed.
How Does the Referral Process Work with Al Zaeem Real Estate?
The referral process is simple and transparent. If you are a real estate agent and have a client who could be a good fit for Al Zaeem Real Estate, you simply share the lead details with us.
If the client signs a contract and the deal is successfully closed, you earn a referral fee of up to 4%.
Al Zaeem Real Estate manages the entire sales process, including client follow-ups and transaction handling, allowing you to focus on sourcing and referring quality leads.
What documents do I need to start renting on short term basis?
You can earn extra income by joining Al Zaeem Real Estate as an associate agent contractor. Under this program, you can refer property leads to Al Zaeem Real Estate. For every lead that results in a signed contract, you earn a referral fee of up to 4%.
In principle, we do not require any documents from you to get started. However, to sign the partnership contract, we will need a copy of your Emirates ID and passport. This program not only helps you boost your income, but also gives you access to Al Zaeem Real Estate’s professional property management platform, allowing you to focus on sourcing leads while we handle the rest.
