Miral

Miral’s portfolio includes some of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic destinations, such as Yas Island, which is home to the Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Mall, and Yas Waterworld. Yas Island also hosts major events such as the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and the Yasalam music festival. In addition to Yas Island, Miral is responsible for the development of other major destinations in Abu Dhabi, including Saadiyat Island, which is home to world-class cultural institutions such as the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi.

One of Miral’s most significant ongoing projects is the development of Yas Bay, a mixed-use waterfront destination that includes a new waterfront promenade, a marina, a beach club, hotels, residential units, and commercial space. Yas Bay is expected to become a major attraction in Abu Dhabi, with world-class amenities and attractions for residents and visitors alike.
