Call Centre Agent

AL Zaeem Commercial Brokers is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents and Property Coordinators.

Responsibilities:

• Performed comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Displayed and marketed the real property to possible buyers.
• Prepared necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, and deeds) Maintained and updated listings of available properties.
• Remained knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Possession of own visa or valid family visa.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
