Burj Khalifa is one of the most famous buildings in Dubai, which has become a popular attraction for tourists since it formally opened in 2010. The Residence at Burj Khalifa is one of the most desirable addresses in the world, with 900 real estate units located on levels 19 to 108. Dubai Hills Vista is a unique residential project from Emaar Properties featuring a limited collection of Lamborghini-branded residences in Dubai Hills Estate. Arabian Ranches Golf Homes is a luxury project from the developer Emaar Properties. It is a small neighborhood of 18 free standing villas. Located in the Arabian Ranches community in Dubai Land, it was commissioned in 2018.
The villas are designed in an Andalusian style. There are 5,6,and 7-bedroom units to choose from. Each mansion has its own adjacent plot with a swimming pool, barbecue area, lounge area, and landscaped garden.
The 6,908 sq ft (642 sq m) villa includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a separate kitchen, dining room, living room, additional rooms, and parking space.
Golf Grand is a premium 15-storey tower by Emaar Properties in the leafy neighbourhood of Dubai Hills Estate.
